Eligibility and Scope
Services are for adults 18 and older and consist of non-clinical relationship guidance, education, practical discussion, and communication-focused support. They are not psychotherapy, mental health diagnosis or treatment, legal services, or emergency care. We may decline requests outside our scope and will address any resulting paid but undelivered services under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
Pricing, Orders and Payment
All listed prices are in U.S. dollars. Service details and duration appear with each item; any applicable taxes and mandatory charges must be shown before payment is authorized. The cart is not a reservation. An order is accepted for delivery after successful payment verification and confirmation. Rykton does not offer automatic subscriptions or recurring billing for the listed services and packages.
How Online Sessions Are Scheduled
After paying, email hello@rykton.care with your order reference, purchased service or package, two or more preferred appointment times, and your time zone. Rykton responds within 24 hours of receiving the scheduling email to coordinate availability. This is a response commitment, not a promise of a particular appointment within 24 hours. A time is confirmed only after written confirmation by Rykton. If we cannot provide an appropriate appointment, contact us for a reschedule or refund under the Refund Policy.
Package Details
Package 1: $169 for two eligible 60-minute individual sessions. Package 2: $239 for three. Package 3: $299 for four. Packages are valid for 30 calendar days after purchase, do not auto-renew, and allow different eligible topics. Eligible sessions: Relationship Clarity Session; Communication Skills Coaching; Dating Strategy Session; Breakup Recovery Session; Moving Forward Coaching; Reconciliation Assessment; Relationship Planning Session. All 45-minute sessions, services above $109, and couples/two-person sessions are excluded. Packages are intended for the original purchaser unless Rykton agrees otherwise in writing. Contact us promptly to arrange your sessions; unused sessions expire after 30 days except as provided under the Refund Policy or applicable law.
Free Introductory Conversation
One complimentary 15-minute introduction may be requested per new client, subject to eligibility and availability. It is an initial discussion about your needs and the service, not a paid guidance session. Submitting a request does not confirm an appointment or create an obligation to purchase.
Service Boundaries
Rykton does not promise reconciliation, changed partner behavior, dating success, or other outcomes. We will not assist stalking, unwanted contact, coercion, or harassment. Please participate respectfully and do not record or distribute another person’s session content without their permission and any consent required by law.
Cancellation and Customer Rights
Our Cancellation & Refund Policy governs cancellations and refunds. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. For questions about an order, contact hello@rykton.care.
